All prices are inclusive of local courier delivery unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and can be shipped within 2 days from placement.

We offer 3 delivery time slots for your convenience. You can select these your preferred timing upon adding product to shopping cart.

Delivery Time Slots:
– 8am to 12pm
– 12pm to 5pm
– 5pm to 8pm
Please note: Earliest delivery date will be 2 days from date of purchase.

Returns/Exchanges

All products represented within our store are selected for their superior quality.  Each handmade item is produced to the highest quality.  However, your satisfaction is very important to us.  If for any reason you ain’t completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original invoice up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit/exchange.

Please contact us prior to returning the item/s at admin [at] babybouquets.com.sg.  Items must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Once we have received your return we will process exchange within 2 business days.
